Texturing your Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Peanut Butter Recipe For Use with Embossed Rolling Pin
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2/4 Cup Softened Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Extra Large Eggs
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 3 1/2 Cups - All Purpose Flower
Instructions
- Cream peanut butter, butter, both sugars, and eggs
- Sift the salt and baking powder into the flour
- Add 1/4 flour mixture at a time until the dough pulls away from side of bowl
- Generously flour your textured rolling pin with moderate pressure, roll over the dough until images appear.
- Cut shapes with a cookie cutter (Check out our latest cookie cutters)
- Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.

If using our textured rolling pin, generously flour the pin before each pass over the dough to prevent sticking.
To clean the embossed rolling pin, wash it under hot water immediately after use.
