Great pottery rolling pin.
I don't normally take the time to write in depth reviews but this product warrants it. I was excited to bake some fancy cookies and this rolling pin did not disappoint. It came with a recipe so I made the dough last night and baked the cookies today. I found that leaving the dough on the the thick side when doing the initial roll and rolling the fancy roller REALLY hard yielded the best results. Be careful how much extra flour you add, you definitely need some but it is easy to add too much. Lastly, the recipe doesn't mention this but I found my first batch of cookies puffed up in the center and not all the cookies cooked evenly. After a few batches I figured the solution was to stab the center of each cookie with a fork. Overall I am very pleased and am considering ordering more.
